Maria Kuznetsova
- Background in strategy, marketing, and communications — led six-figure campaigns for global brands such as Unilever, Lego, and Lindt, and negotiated with major media outlets across Eastern Europe.
- In 2022, made a bold career shift and dedicated herself to coaching and learning, founding a company that helps leaders and teams grow through practical, human-centred development.
- Worked as a coach and facilitator with European organizations, leaders, and individual clients across industries including IT, marketing, and finance, in more than 6 countries.
- Frequent speaker at professional events, communities, and business schools (Women in Tech, Cyprus Business Club, Affina, Ladies Who Tech, and more)
- Expert in leadership development, resilience, and emotional intelligence (EQ). Passionate about helping people and teams reconnect with themselves and each other — turning awareness and creativity into meaningful growth and clarity.
